Searsucker
Where do I even begin?! Searsucker in Las Vegas, NV has become one of my favorite restaurants! Located inside the beautiful Caesars Palace, Searsucker knows how to satisfy every type of craving you may have. The restaurant has a rustic new aged feel with a little romance added in. The best part of course is the food! With so many options to choose from, I love to order from the “Smalls” portion of the menu. These dishes come big enough for your appetite but small enough so you can order more than one.
Lets start with one of my favorite dishes, the Duck Fat Fries. Can you say Heaven? These will blow your mind. Crispy on the outside (but not burnt) and a taste that is very different than your normal french fries, this dish is guaranteed to make you want more!
Another mouthwatering dish you MUST try is the Brie “Triple”, Cranberry Jam and Cowboy Caviar. The flavor from the jam compliments the brie in a way that I can’t describe. You get sweet, you get cheese and you get crunchy all in one dish.
Here are a few more meals I HIGHLY recommend you try while eating at Searsucker:
Above: Mussels, Chorizo and Beer
Above: Crab Cake Jumbo Lump, Fennel, Lemon Verbena Aioli
Above: Artichoke hearts, Cheddar and Mozzarella
Above: Jalapeno Chorizo “Corn Off The Cobb”
Above: Shrimp Ceviche, Chile and Citrus
Above: Bone Marrow with a Fresno Bourbon Glaze and Shallot
A must try while in Las Vegas, Searsucker will take you on a flavorful ride that you won’t want to get off of. Let’s give a big round of applause to Celebrity Chef Brian Malarkey for bringing us, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants Las Vegas has seen in a while.
